HOTEL DA BOAVISTA, Sal Rei, Boavista

Set at the entrance to Sal Rei, the hotel da Boavista is well placed for banks, restaurants, internet cafe, car hire, taxis, estate agents, notary and property viewing. It is about 400 yards from the beach at Sal Rei, and about 15 minutes transfer from the airport at Boavista.

32 bedrooms, of which 20 have air conditioning. Each room has satellite TV, telephone, fan, and private shower room.

Breakfast: There is a buffet laid out in the dining room. Lunch and dinner are also served.

Comments

The hotel is small and friendly, and run and owned by Cape Verdeans who operate car hire and a sister hotel in Sal. Many of the hotels in Boa Vista are run by Italians, and you don't need to go as far as the Cape Verdes to feel you are in Italy. The Hotel da Boavista offers reasonable accommodation and good value for those wishing to go diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, or sailing in Sal Rei, or view property. Just about everythng in Sal Rei is within walking distance, such as the town centre, restaurants, bars, Cabral Beach or Estoril Beach.
